All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. We do not ship on non-business days.

Shipping Destination
We ship physical goods to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We use trusted US domestic carriers for delivery. Estimated transit time ranges from 2 to 7 business days after the package leaves our warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unexpected logistics events.

Shipping Fees
Shipping cost will be displayed to you at checkout before payment submission. Shipping charges are calculated based on item weight, dimensions and delivery destination.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link. You can monitor package delivery status via the carrier website.

Address Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. CLEAR VIEW CLEANING SUPPLIES LLC is not liable for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to wrong address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us at info@clearviewcleaningsupplies.shop within 3 business days of delivery or loss notice. We may request photos of damaged items and packaging for claim filing with the carrier.
